One of the many reasons is that either their expectations are unclear or what they expect to get and what they actually have online are irrelevant. Corporate websites are not warehouses where you would put whatever you have and get in your hands. Companies must have an online strategy, for the same reasons as they must have a marketing strategy. Having an online strategy is not enough by itself, as it must be implemented accordingly and be updated in time through the use of new interactive applications and up to date content.
